As I was journaling this morning I had an “ah-ha.” My ah-ha had to do with taking piggyback rides.
Remember as kids, we used to want to have someone carry us around. We even gave each other piggyback rides.
I don’t know about you, but sometimes I have found myself being a little bit lazy and wanting others to carry me around. Certainly not physically anymore but carry me in other ways in my life.
What I find myself doing now is when I am feeling in that mode, I ask myself, “Is this something I can do and want to do for myself?” Usually the answer is, “YES!”
I make a decision to step up and spread my wings to fly. When I do, I find that not only am I capable of flying, I am a getting stronger and better in my flight everyday.
So…spread your wings and fly a little farther than you thought possible today!
